sold our home in another state, Jane Marie started preparations and, within a few days of our arrival in Florida, found us a lovely
rental in our target area where we experienced beachside living during our permanent home search. Although Jane Marie has
many clients, we always felt like her top priority. She knows the area and the real estate market very well, never rushed us
through showings, always answered our questions fully, and went many extra miles helping us get oriented in a new area. Also,
she was readily available by text and phone all hours of the day and night. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the real estate market
was severely depressed, and competitive bidding drove prices well above the normal market. Despite these dismal prospects,
we remained hopeful because Jane Marie always stayed positive and stayed in tune with our frustrations and shifting priorities,
until after six months, she found us just the right home in the perfect location. Once we signed a contract Jane Marie was on top
of every detail to ensure all tasks and documents from all parties were completed and correct to achieve our on-time closing
date. Jane Marie also stayed in touch with us after we moved into our new home. It was a pleasure working with Jane Marie
